# action_variable_needs_authorization

**HTTP status:** 400 (Bad request)

**Title:** Action variable needs authorization

## Cause

The action sends `contact.phone` or `contact.whatsapp_id` to your system, and those two leave Lelemon only with the authorization of the destination (article 15 bis of Law 21.719). The request has no `authorization` and the action has no current one for this destination.

## How to fix it

Read the current text with `GET /v2/actions/authorization` and send `authorization` with `purpose`, `destinationCountry` and that `version` in the same request.

Set the parameter named below and send the request again.

Parameter: `authorization`

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
