**Title:** External reference conflict

## Cause

Another contact in this organization already has this `externalRef`. An `externalRef` is unique per organization.

## How to fix it

Use another `externalRef`, or update the contact that already has it by its externalRef.

Set the parameter named below and send the request again.

Parameter: `externalRef`

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
