# idempotency_key_in_use

**Title:** Idempotency key in use

## Cause

A request with this `Idempotency-Key` is still running, so this second copy cannot be answered yet. It happens when a client retries before the first call finished.

## How to fix it

Wait a moment and send the same request with the same Idempotency-Key.

Send the same request again.

Parameter: `Idempotency-Key`

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
