**Title:** Interactive messages need WhatsApp

## Cause

Buttons, lists and catalog messages only exist on WhatsApp. This case is on another channel. The message was not sent.

## How to fix it

Send plain text with the text field. Interactive messages only go to cases on WhatsApp.

Set the parameter named below and send the request again.

Parameter: `text`

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
