**HTTP status:** 409 (Conflict)

**Title:** Presence not configured

## Cause

Presence is off for this organization: no presence setting is saved yet, so signals have nothing to update and presence filters have nothing to read.

## How to fix it

Turn presence on for the organization, then send signals again.

Call the endpoint named below first, then send the request again.

Endpoint: `PUT /v2/presence/settings`

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
