# scope_missing

**HTTP status:** 403 (Forbidden)

**Title:** Scope missing

## Cause

The key is valid but was created without the scope this operation needs. The operation page in the API reference lists the scope it requires and `missingScopes` in the answer names the ones this key lacks.

## How to fix it

Read the scopes of this key. An administrator creates a key with the missing scope.

Call the endpoint named below first, then send the request again.

Endpoint: `GET /v2/me`

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
