**Title:** Subscription canceled

## Cause

The subscription of this organization is canceled. The API is closed until it is reactivated.

## How to fix it

The subscription must be reactivated by a person. Do not retry until then.

Do not retry. Only a person can fix this.

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
