# team_question_not_open

**HTTP status:** 409 (Conflict)

**Title:** Team question not open

## Cause

The team question was already answered or closed. It cannot be answered twice.

## How to fix it

Read the team question to see its status and its answer.

Call the endpoint named below first, then send the request again.

Endpoint: `GET /v2/team-questions/{id}`

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
