Case metrics
List the times of the cases that changed in a range
One row per case whose last change fell in from..to, oldest change first, so you can sync the rows into your own reports page by page. Each row tells when the case came in, was handed to a person, was taken and was closed, who closed it (agent, person or system), whether the agent resolved it alone, and the seconds spent with the agent and with a person. The range is at most 31 days. A platform key reads one subaccount with the Lelemon-Subaccount header. The panel shows the same numbers. Read-only and idempotent.
Required scope: cases:read.

toEnd of the range, not included. Defaults to now. It can be at most 31 days after from.
