Cause
Someone decided this approval first, or it expired. Read it to see its status. It cannot be decided twice.
How to fix it
Read the approval to see who decided it and its status.
Call the endpoint named below first, then send the request again.
Endpoint: GET /v2/approvals/{id}
Every error carries requestId and the Request-Id header. Send it when you write to support.
