Cause
The stage the case is moving to or entering requires fields that the case does not have yet. param names the first missing one.
How to fix it
Set the fields named in param on the case, then repeat the request.
Set the parameter named below and send the request again.
Every error carries requestId and the Request-Id header. Send it when you write to support.
