Cause
The run is not paused with a question, so it has nothing to receive an answer. Read the run: only status waiting_for_answer takes one.
How to fix it
Read the run: it takes an answer only while its status is waiting_for_answer, and the question is in question.
Call the endpoint named below first, then send the request again.
Endpoint: GET /v2/runs/{id}
Every error carries requestId and the Request-Id header. Send it when you write to support.
