Cause
The key is valid but was created without the scope this operation needs. The operation page in the API reference lists the scope it requires and missingScopes in the answer names the ones this key lacks.
How to fix it
Read the scopes of this key. An administrator creates a key with the missing scope.
Call the endpoint named below first, then send the request again.
Endpoint: GET /v2/me
Every error carries requestId and the Request-Id header. Send it when you write to support.
